SEER 1 ATTACKS AFRICAN LEADERS

Seer continues talking about african leaders and how they focus on them and not the citizens.

   

 Seer 1 said on his facebook page that Africa is so abundantly blessed with idiotic leaders who's thinking capacity is down below their tummy that's why both China and Western countries see our land as a play ground for all fools. When we need roads in Africa, we run to China to borrow money to make the roads, give the contracts to the Chinese and pay them with the same money that we borrowed from them, when they are done, they move the money back to their country and wait for us to come and borrow again. The more we borrow, the more we owe and the more we are enslaved and in few years from now, we shall be unable to pay our debts. China will enslaved us and enslaved our children, simply because we have fools and clueless clowns ruling us in Africa. I wish road contracts and others could be given to the local contractors so that the money that we borrow is spent here in Africa, it will create revenues and jobs but unfortunately our local Contractors do not have enough money to bribe our useless and selfish leaders. Where did we go wrong Africa? We are coming, things will change very soon.
